1pm to 6pm, otherwise by arrangement.
What is check- out time?
8am to 10am, otherwise by arrangement.
Do you have a car park?
Yes, and if full we issue free permits to park on the road.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast with a cold selection or full English, is optional, please confirm at time of booking.
What time is breakfast?
Arrival in the breakfast room from 8.30am to 9.30am.
Do you cater for vegetarians, vegans and gluten- free?
Yes we do.
What is the minimum stay?
2 nights.
Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes, 5% for four nights and 10% for seven nights.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes, the lowest price is guaranteed.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No, we simply take your credit card details to guarantee the room.
Is there a cancellation fee?
You can cancel free up to 14 days prior to arrival. After that you will be charged for the first night if cancelled between 2 and 13 days prior before arrival and the full price if cancelled less than two days.
Are pets allowed?
Sadly we are unable to accommodate pets.
Are children allowed?
The minimum age for guests is 16.
What is in the room?
A fridge, television, shower, iron, ironing board, tea & coffee making facilities, local information, a game.
How far are you from a pub or restaurant?
A two minute walk to a pub, five minutes from a restaurant.
Are the rooms serviced?
Yes, we offer a daily room service.
How far are you from town?
A ten minute walk.
How far are you from the beach?
A ten minute walk.
Can you smoke or vape in the hotel?
No, but you can in the garden.
Is there a guest lounge?
Yes, with a stunning sea view.
How far are you from the railway station?
We are a 15 minute fairly flat walk.
Are there bus routes nearby.
Buses to Whitby, Filey and Bridlington are about a ten minute walk away.
Do you have a bar?
We have an honesty bar where you note your purchases and settle on departure.
